Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@gadggy.com to initiate a return. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@gadggy.com.
